        Very pleasant half spa day. Massage was great and the facilties are impressive. Would definitely recommend the half day with afternoon tea!

        Very pretty place, all of the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. But... the spa is were we went for our Christmas treat. The lady on reception was working alone so we had to have treatments at different times, which wasn't ideal. The treatment was lovely, quality oils and a friendly, thoughtful masseuse. The rooms were too cold as was the pool to the point of not being enjoyable. The afternoon tea although pre booked had been overlooked and we got a thrown together meal with a choice of salmon or tinned ham sandwiches which alone would stop me from returning.
