I needed a Fullex multipoint gearbox to fix my son's french door. Dave listened to my rambling explanation of what was going on and agreed that the gearbox had failed and was able to sell me a replacement at a fair price. He also found me some spare screws in case I couldn't get the old ones out without damage (I got the originals out and re-used them). It's always nice to find people that know their stuff and are willing to help an amateur - thank you Dave! I'll be back next time I need to fix any of my windows/doors!!

I would like to say from the start Dave and his team have been very helpful and professional. Dave responded to an unforeseeable problem with my mum not being able to turn the lock due to arthritic hands by installing an alterative latch turn . I entered a one star review in error previously and i hope this can be disregarded as this service has been incredible . I would always advocate for using local services and wouldnt hesitate to use Framecare again. Service: General door installation

Dave and his team were excellent, replacing old glass in a Victorian door with new. A professional and neat repair making the door completely safe without loosing its character. Ray's workmanship was first class. Would recommend to anyone. Services: Glass installation, General door repair
