Ocean Monkeys Paddle Boards

Disappointment due to inaccurate pictures, descriptions and ordering process of the web site . The boards on the web site look good and eye catching : beautiful colours. I saw a board which was advertised as the main picture front and back of the board was wooden and a turquoise mat. Other pictures are not clear if it was the particular board or just advertising paddle boarding . Due to the pictures and description on the web site, the customer is lead to believe the board is available is the colour shown in the main picture . Ordering is easy: select the size of the board and the particular extras you would like, however there is no description making the customer aware there are other colours , no option to pick a colour, or colour stock availability. Having no suggestion during the ordering process to suggest the board was available in other colours, or out of stock, the customer is not informed the picture is not what is on offer . It would be useful at this point of ordering process if the customer is made aware of what exactly you are purchasing . The major missing component is colour and availability. Luckily I had sent an email and then placed my order . A reply email advised the colour I had suggested in my email was the most popular, was not available and no more stock will be received this year 2022. Had I of been aware of this by selecting on the web site , I would not have ordered . I had to request a refund as the web site pictures do not reflect the items or stock which is very disappointing. The company did have Good communication and a refund was given . I will be sure to contact prior to ordering next year check if the colour and board are in stock before paying for the goods .

Its rare that you get customer service as good as this these days. Dale at Ocean Monkeys has been superb from the first contact I had with him, helpful, friendly and nothing appears to be any trouble for him . Genuinely have nothing bad to say about this guy, the company or the product. I looked at, and contacted other paddle boards companies and none of them came even close to the service I got from Dale. Always ends his emails with If you have any questions or require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact myself.and he means it. Top bloke.
