        I found this company really helpful recently. I was using a plug in after my 2 normally friendly cats had a nasty fight. The liquid ran out after about 2 weeks when it said it lasted approx a month. I gave the company a call and spoke to Rob who asked a few questions. It transpired I was using their canister in another companys plug in. They dont work the same hence mine ran out. However Rob very kindly offered to send me a complete new unit. It arrived within a day or so and hed enclosed some wipes too. The product does seem to work on my cats so Im very happy with the outcome as my cats appear to be good friends again and cuddle each other. Now its the normal play fighting not the aggressive behaviour they previously displayed. Top marks to Rob and Pet Remedy.
