        Bernie was so lovely with my rather nervous rescue dog today. She inoculated her and trimmed her nails and treated her with such kindness and patience. She took her time and there was no feeling of being rushed at all. We are so lucky to have such a team of lovely vets and all the support staff too. I cannot fault them. Thank you
