I have no problem at all with the vets at Torquay. They have always been friendly, helpful, caring and thorough. I just wasnt expecting another bill for a follow up.

Vets at Vets4pets Torquay has never let us down. I have been with this vet since 2017 and have always had good service from them, from the vets to the nurses and HCAs, everyone is helpful, kind and compassionate, and always put my pets well-being and safety as priority. The vets here are one of the reasons why moving away is hard as who knows when & where I can find a vet clinic as good as them. I have had my dog acutely unwell before and now he has a chronic condition which have been dealt with very well. Overall, I would highly recommend for both dogs and cats (I have both).

Due to Roccos heart condition and the increased seizures that we still do not have a definitive answer were limiting the amount of effort for our eight year old chihuahua and trying to make him as comfortable as possible. After all our visits and costly investigations done by Vets4Pets/Torquay branch were inclined to believe towards the surgery been more interested in to the financial gains rather than understanding our pet situation. He is limited and just a short walk can trigger a new cluster of seizures, our doctor is not willing to discuss the matter on the phone offering advice and now Vets4Pets not willing to continue the agreed treatment and provide Roccos heart medication. Further more for us to seek another vet for our little baby unacceptable!
