        Took my dog to Bay Vets and felt immediately reassured that he would be ok. Genuine love and care for my dog who was understandably anxious. So patient and welcoming. Thank you so much for treating and caring for my boy Digit

        Firstly expensive. Secondly my thirteen year old dog went in for an operation to remove a stone the vets apparently saw on a scan. No stone was found and due to the operation my dog died a day later of a heart attack. Routine and not needed operation killed my family dog. No sympathy from the vets or veterinary nurses. No apology at all. Do not go to this vets.
