Pure Vehicle Hire

I come from the south coast and was staying in Coventry and needed to hire a LWB van and pure vehicle came up and were the easiest company I have dealt with their was no deposit and they drop the vehicle to your door and pick up for Free. Also no mileage cost at all the booking staff Laura was first class and the drivers who dropped and picked up the vehicle it came with a full tank of fuel so saved me time on my out ward journey. Would recommend this company to anyone also the vehicle was new. Will use them again without doubt If need to well done

Outstanding service, initially speaking to a very helpful lady , we were astounded to hear that the van would be delivered to our door and then picked up. We hired the van over a bank holiday weekend and fully expected to pay for three days the van arrived on the Friday and was picked up on the Tuesday with no extra costs just two days hire fee. Could not recommend this company highly enough. With so many disappointing scenarios re customer service etc this was a refreshing change and a great experience all round.

Booked amd confirmed online on two occasions and always have a call back from them stating that they don't have anything available whatsoever, this seems to always be the case, and versus other car rental companies the prices are rather HIGH!!!
