A trustworthy and notable business. We bought a Vauxhall Corsa 2016 from Nick a few months ago. Nick's service both before and after purchase has been impeccable. The car has been fantastic, great value and reliable. Nick's service has been summarised by his response to a minor fault that presented after purchase. He rectified the issue in a prompt, fuss-free way putting us at the centre at all times. Sometimes, garages can lose interest once the sale is complete, but not here. Nick is well respected in the local community as well as the industry, and for good reason. Would strongly recommend to friends and family. I needed a replacement car urgently, and dreaded the process, as I'm an older lady with no one to help by looking at cars on my behalf. Nick honestly couldn't have been more helpful! My spend was small, but even so, he was so genuinely obliging, cared, and wanted to be sure I was happy. I purchased a car from Nick Palmer today. Due to COVID it has been really difficult to find cars locally but this place was by far the best at keeping their website and stock list up to date so that I wasn't wasting time phoning up about cars that were already sold. I saw this car come on over night so I was able to enquire straight away and book a test drive for the next day. When visiting to look at the stock I felt very safe with the Covid19 precautions. Nothing was too much trouble and I was even allowed to take my dog in to check he was comfortable sitting in the boot. Overall I'm really pleased with the new car. It has a new MOT and a lot of prep work went in to getting it ready. They have even buffed the body work and the wheels. I would highly recommend this local business. Keep up the good work!
