Dartmouth Steam Railway & River Boat Company (Paignton,Station)

I had an absolutely wonderful experience riding the Dartmouth Steam Railway. The station itself is beautifully maintained and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience all the more enjoyable. I really loved the vintage feel of the carriages which have been carefully refurbished and restored. The train runs from Paignton to Kingswear with spectacular views of the countryside and the sea along the way. When we arrived at Kingswear we took the ferry across the river and explored the very picturesque town of Dartmouth. Overall, I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. It's a fantastic way to see the sights and immerse yourself in the history and beauty of South Devon.

I can remember travelling on the train with a another friend, between Paignton and Kingswear back on Easter Monday, Monday 5th April 2010. I also been in there, on Tuesday 26th August 2014, when going around the shop.
