Just completed an excellent one day course on Emergency First Aid at Work, this one tailored towards outdoor forestry work. Good mix of theory and practical participation. Professionally delivered by the Optimal team.

Even though I have done first aid courses before this was a great refresher and update and learned knew things related to my work Toby was very inspirational and made it a fun day as well, highly recommend this course.

Karen and myself completed the 16hour first aid training course this week. We were adamant that we didnt want to do a course that was going to be death by PowerPoint and so searched for a while until we came across Optimal First Aid. I had never done a first aid course before and so was a little anxious but Toby and Erica were amazing at making you feel welcome and by giving you the skills and confidence to deal with what could be life or death situations. A combination of class room style research work, team discussions and real life run through with a live casualty (Erica), it really brought the importance of this training home. I cannot recommend this course enough! And not a PowerPoint to be seen.

Just spend a great two days on outdoor first aid, level 3, run by Toby and Erica at Optimal First Aid Ltd, great hands instruction by skilled and highly knowledgable trainers

My first aid training today with Toby was great. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The training was interactive and engaging, rather than the normal looking at paperwork and PowerPoint. I would definitely recommend this first aid training course.
