Thank you to the sales team at Snows Paignton. Max Beer, you are positively customer focused and were extremely accommodating towards my wife and I during our purchase of the 20 reg White Yaris. On its maiden voyage home in our ownership the car proved to be as good as promised and we hope to get many great adventures out of it. I tried 3 times to get my car serviced and the infotainment system repaired. It was cancelled twice by Snows, ( the second time while I was in their reception). I tried again today only to be told that they hadnt booked enough time to complete the repairs. The receptionist then tried to say that it wasnt their fault because they personally didnt take the booking, but then admitted that they didnt even look to see what work was required until they picked up the job sheet when I arrived. Most unprofessional garage I have ever dealt with. I wish I had stuck with Volvo.
