        Lovely little cove beach away from busy main beach in Torquay, a rocky beach with winding path down, a sun trap and quiet retreat. area is greatly improved over the years but could do with a small cafe with chair hire and maybe even restricted to adults only as it would be a beautiful peaceful place for reflection and a relaxing drink. The wellbeing aspects of this beach are great with the peaceful sounds of the sea, hard rocky covering for grounding and clean salty sea water for cold water swimming.
