Right from the get go my treatment with Connor was amazing. I felt so at ease at once, whilst he helped to sort out my tight traps causing shoulder pain. He has a lovely quaint set up, music playing and temperature set just right leaving a calm aurora. Super happy with the treatment itself, connor explained what he was going to do and I was able to set the right pressure specfically for me, which was important. Connor also supplies a follow up consisting of a few stretches and a text/email to ensure you are feeling comfortable/better throughout the week. Overall I'd definitely go back in a heartbeat if I have any other problems in the future. Thanks

I go and have a sports massage regularly with Connor, as I train alot and have repetitive strain from my job this helps me alot. I wouldn't be able to work or train as well as I do without them.
