        I paid 13.95 for a battery replacement and ended up with the back of my watch scratched to f--- and moisture inside the watch, THERES NO WAY YOU WOULD HAVE DONE THIS HAD YOU BEEN GIVEN A ROLEX, I'm a sparky I very easily could have replaced the battery myself but didn't because I knew I would damage the casing trying to get it out, so I take it here and they do this which is actually worse than I would've been able to do. Shoddy workmanship, previously when I've had keys cut burrs get left on the cut key so you have to sand or file yourself. Over priced and under skilled or at least no respect for the trade

        Excellent service both gentlemen were so lovely friendly and professional very helpful they picked out a dog tag for my puppy daisy and engraved both sides ...really happy thank you highly recommend

        Top customer service here. I'm sure the fellas name was Gary? Anyhow from dropping off my suit and then collecting it he couldn't have been more helpful, welcoming and friendly. Then the day after I get a call from him saying I'd dropped 10 euros and I could pick it up any time. A credit to the company
