Nearby activities: Easy walk to beach both Paignton and Goodrington. Town 5 to 10 minutes walk away.
Safety: All doors to main building are always locked. Cctv installed. Fire alarm.
Walkability: A extremely good location in easy reach of seafront and shops. Train station and bus station close by.
Highly recommend.
