I don't like writing negative reviews as its never nice to write. First the positives. The owners are very nice friendly people and the grounds are nice with excellent connections to the train station and local beach. Issues, the rooms we had were quite dirty, not from not necessarily not being clean but from years of usage (could do with a refurbishment of everything in that room). The kitchen had a horrible layer of grease on it which couldn't easily be removed (I did try after every use of the kitchen). The bathroom didn't have ventilation so it got very steamed up and also the drain in the shower was not draining very well. Finally the room doesn't really fit four adults, maybe four small adults but not normal sized. The sofa bed needs replacing and was not comfortable. As a comment, the room has a coin operated electric meter. Whilst I understand that the owners don't want to cover the cost of other people's electric, I would prefer to pay 2 more a day than have to find coins for the electric. This is close to being a 1 star review but whilst I strongly disliked the state of the room I can't say I hated it as that is a strong word and the owners have a business to run. I just hope that this room gets renovated sooner rather than later.
