We stayed again 7th - 21st May in Apartment 8 and had a lovely time. The apartment although small was perfectly adequate for 4 people and was clean and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable. I use a wheelchair and the access through the conservatory on the patio was fine. The owner Colin was very helpful sorting out the wi-fi for us, and showing us the new lovely washing machine and dryer (a great advantage). The apartments are in the quieter part of Paignton opposite Preston beach but still within a flat walk to the town centre. Paignton itself is a good place for wheelchairs as it is all on the level with good access to buses, trains, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. We will return again! Thank you Colin.

Average at best.stayed In flat 2 with sofabed and a double one bedroom apt for 4.never should be let for 4.games room you cant really use as the owner is always sitting in there and it makes you feel uncomfortable,it is there for guests.worst of all got a knock on the door on the Friday morning saying we should be gone even though we were booked in until the Saturday.apparently he realized his mistake yet no personal apology given.would not go back.

TRULY AWFUL accomodation. Stayed 29 May to 5 June 2021. The flat was small, dirty and unsafe. Thick grease around the panels of the cooker. Cobwebs in corners. Dirt, dust and debri behind chairs. Damp patches on walls. Dirty clothing from a previous occupant left discarded on top of a wardrobe. Even the vacuum was thick with dirt and smelt of old socks when used. A sofa bed in the tiny lounge was so grubby we had to cover it with a bed sheet to sit on it. All this in a time of covid. A thin carpet in the hall had been cut in half and moved about under foot so much it causesd my granddaughter to fall, damaging her knees and hands. Decking on the patio was rotten and unsafe. Patio chairs were dirty, cracked and dangerous to sit in. The plastic table was cracked and broken. The shower was high above the bath making it difficuit to access for those unable to climb into the bath and then reach up high to operate the electric shower. On arrival, we discovered we had to pay for electric through a one pound coin metre. Not only is this penny pinching, but also deceitful, as we were not aware of it before we arrived. Similarly, we were not informed about the lack of a wifi service - another deceit. The accommodation was inadequate for a party of six and should not accomodate more than four. The kitchen was so small it could only fit one person at a time. The bare minimum equipment - six plates, glasses, cup, etc. No additional dishes for serving or presenting food. The cutlery was cheap bendy steel. There was no welcome pack of info or indeed any advice whatsoever. The owner has the cheek to describe his flats as 'Luxury Apartments' but they would struggle to make three star standard. The accommodation website has a number of 'intialised' glowing reviews. I stuggle to believe they are genuine. This is without doubt the worst holiday accommodation we have ever encountered.i will never use again and advise you not to do so. I have photographs to support what is written here.
