        Unfortunately the books are full with appointments so we couldn't get an engineer out for 3 weeks,victims of their own success I assume ,but (I'm so sorry I've forgotten the name) took the time to help me try to troubleshoot issues over the phone and we managed to solve the problem.. My pensioner parents are feeling safe again. Thank you..

        Made a booking for a quotation for CCTV and stayed in waiting for them for 4 hours. They didn't show up or even have the courtesy of letting us know or replying to numerous voicemails left. Spent 800 with another company.

        Called Safeguard Security with a self inflicted CCTV problem. They sent someone out within the hour, and quickly diagnosed the fault. Also ensured I was able to view from my ipad. Very professional, very polite, and my new go to for security. Already asked them to quote me for extra camera installation. Thoroughly recommend them.
