Paignton Academy BRC

If I could put zero stars I would... my son been to one term and he had his bag grabbed to be pulled back by a teacher and told him he won't be successful when he older and good luck to him.... he now going to another secondary school who actually knows how to support a sen child and already putting steps in place for him... Paignton academy is the biggest mistake of my life. He started September 2022 now November 2022.... and there so much more been said and done in the small time he been there. Please please be mindful where u send your child too. . Awful staff awful school

I would not reccomend anyone to go to this horrid school, i was called a slag by a permanent teacher for wearing mascara, actually bullied by another teacher for being in the lgbt community and when i told academy higher ups about it they said it was my problem and not theirs. Teachers are disgusting towards students with disabilities so dont send your child here unless you despise them.

As a parent of a child who is finishing year 7, we are very pleased with this school and could not wish anything better. It has fantastic team of teachers who have been very supportive especially of everyone who wishes to learn. Children are constantly recognised and rewarded for their achievements and I would certainly recommend this school. It has been an awesome start of secondary school.
