Unfortunately the worst service Ive experienced! The waitress that seen to us simply couldnt be any less attentive, shrugging at our questions and not even a hello. We ordered our food, when I asked what beer was available, she replied well does it not say on there & pointed to a drinks menu; which in fact, didnt list a single beer on offer. 50 minutes had passed & there was no sign of our food! I queried this with a member of staff & pointed out the waitress who had taken our order. She approached the waitress & it looked like there was an issue. She then chased it up with the kitchen & came back to our table to tell us our food was next & there was such a long wait as it was busy - probably untrue as there were people who arrived after us being served before us. The food finally came out by the waitress who clearly forgot to process our order, with not a single word or an apology & the food itself was somewhat disappointing, there were key elements of the burger missing & to be honest, the portion size could barely be called a meal - but we had been waiting so long for it we decided to finish our meal & cut our visit short. All in all I wont be returning!
