Signature Blue Vintage Events

Hired one of the Shepherd Huts over Christmas and New Year for extra bedroom space. All I can say is WOW !! the hut was absolutely gorgeous. Marie took so much time setting up the Hut once it was delivered, bedding, fridge, kettle, wood burning stove and lots of little extras to make it a very homely cozy space. I would definitely recommend the company and wouldn't hesitate using Signature Blue again, thank you so much for making my brothers visit from the states so special, he loved it sandra

We have recently used Signature Blue Events and I have to say that their service and products are both fantastic. They go above and beyond to provide an excellent friendly service and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were extremely reliable, really informative and very helpful. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them so it's a 5 Star rating from me and we will definitely use them again . We highly recommend them. Thank you Signature Blue :o) xxx

Great, professional service. All the equipment was beautiful and beyond luxurious! The new bedroom hut is to die for, it's stunning. Marie was really helpful with our questions and made planning our event so much more easy. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

We used these guys for a toilet and shower trailer for our wedding - August 2022. When first approached, they were very helpful and seemed professional. I paid a deposit and then heard nothing for over 2 years. I tried to contact them a month before the wedding to be told I will be in touch Monday prior. So I asked if they needed to contact the venue for any details or could they please let the venue know what they need or arrival and I got back Monday prior. I then had an email on the Tuesday before the wedding (I got married on the Saturday) to say there were drivers down so could they deliver Wednesday? Again I asked them to contact the venue. Anyway, we got to the venue Friday and yes the trailer was there. It was all very nice and clean and was what we had hoped for. A few people used the toilets Friday night but I mean a handful of people. Saturday morning came and it was a disaster. 1 toilet blocked and wouldnt drain, the showers kept running out of water whilst people were in them. Father of the bride rang the lady we had been dealing with the whole time to be told it wasnt her problem, someone has put something down there she was continuously very rude and not prepared to help in anyway. The morning of your wedding and your told that. Not professional or helpful. After a lot of stress, a man rang back and apologised for the way we had been treated, he came to the venue personally and fixed the issue. The issue was something down the toilet, whether that was one of our guests or it was already in there, I dont know. But the man was very helpful, could see we were very stressed and upset with the way we had been dealt with and got it sorted for us. We never had a problem again for he rest of the weekend. So overall, the unit was very nice but I WOULDNT recommend. The lady we dealt with from the start has no customer service skills or patience. Organisation is very poor, however the man that came and saved the due was excellent so thank you very much! Maybe the lady who runs this business should take some tips from him.

Asked this company to supply toilets and a shower unit for our wedding August 2022. Sent them an email in September 2021 enquiring about their availability and I received a prompt email back saying that they were available and after a few back and fourths we agreed on a unit. I asked for an estimated cost and for an invoice so as to pay a deposit and lock the date down. Unfortunately this is when they went quiet, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed up to a month before sending another email reminding them of the estimated invoice. after 3 months and 3 emails later I tried calling the number on the website and still I received nothing back. I decided to contact them using my fiancs email address, to which they replied very quickly that they were booked on that day. Luckily I was able to book with their competitors but this level of unprofessionalism by 'Ghosting' a willing customer is just unacceptable. I'm glad I didn't hand any money over to them as I doubt I would have received anything close to a good service going from this experience.
