        We booked James in to do our boiler service back in November. The first time, he didn't show up and claimed he had written the wrong date in his diary - we had discussed two different dates before deciding so that seemed like an easy mistake to make. The second time however he still has not shown, no contact, no explanation. Very unreliable, he has now wasted our time on two occasions. Unfortunately he lacks professionalism.
