Sadly a very disappointed experience. Mr Brightman was recommend by Age Concern to my 80 year old mother to quote for a possible leaky boiler. Firstly he did not wear any PPE protection or remove his shoes. He was very abrupt, he looked at the boiler and said she needed a new one at a cost of around 2500. We also had two other plumbers look who both agreed it was a leaky valve and would cost 75.00 to repair. Mr Brightman then asked for 15.00 for a call out fee, even though on his web site quotes are supposed to be free. Luckily my daughter was there with my mother and dealt with it. Had she had not been there this would have been a frightening experience for my mother, who has carers every day and is vulnerable, as it was it really shook her up and was upsetting. I have tried to call Mr Brightman to find out why this happened but he has never returned my callsl, I have reported him to Age Concern as I didn't want anyone else having the same problem with there elderly parents .

Had the pleasure of using JC Brightman Plumbing & Heating for work in my kitchen. Was recommended this local firm and couldn't agree more with my friend on their quality of work, professionalism and price.
