BARTON Pharmacy

Handy little pharmacy to have my prescriptions sent to. Staff can sometimes seem too busy or wrapped up in conversation. They could smile a bit more. Customer service is important.

Started using this pharmacy after so many issues with my old one in croft rd. 4+ years on and their service is still outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for these professionals. I can't understand why people give them a hard time. They work in a difficult environment doing the best they can to help us. Please, show some respect and gratitude when you visit. They are here to help YOU.

Phoned to see if they Calamine lotion in stock. They didn't but before I could ask for an alternative or some advice and the lady put the phone down. Very unhelpful as we all know how hard it is to get hold a doctor at the moment

Shocking service from person on the front counter this morning, a paitent in tears and in pain asking for advise on painkillers for a medical Condition and the person was ridiculously unhelpful and should have asked the pharmacist for advice instead the paitent walked away in tears, I want a manager to contact me as I'm sure a chemist is their to advise and give help and not send people back to doctors for pain relief! The doctors advised patient to come to the pharmacy

Rude (not all staff) full of excuses tottally unprofessional service blame everyone but themselves ie supplier surgery etc told me to go find another chemist
