Well Paignton - Palace Avenue

Terrible customer service. Tried to ring to save a trip and it just kept ringing. Gave up and walked in. as I Walked in the phone was ringing and the assistant was just ignoring it. I said Ive been ringing and she abruptly said weve been busy. My mum went in to collect her prescription and it was wrong. The assistant again was really rude. The surgery said they had made up the wrong prescription. Need to focus on customer care.

Shocking service, quite possibly the worst chemist in torquay. They never can get my mothers prescription correct. They never answer the phone, they're rude. If I could I would move to another pharmacy that delivers. Avoid at all costs

Due to my medical condition, my wife is the one that generally picks up my medications, but they're always ready on time. She also has gotten to know the staff quite well. They're on a first name basis. She says they're very friendly and I concur since I have been in there a few times myself.

Booked flu jabs for myself and my wife, even received an email reminder an hour before, turned up, with difficulty as on crutches, negotiated the tall step into the store to be told they had run out, is the managers name Micky Mouse?

My friend who is 93, on the 16/09 missed his appointed time for his jab. Panicking he rushed as fast as he could walking with his disability frame from the other end of Paignton. Was turned away and told to make another appointment if I had been with him I would not have let this happen and I cant believe whoever turned him away was from your caring team.i will be on his behalf take this further.
