Not very good at sending out texts to collect prescriptions.

Called in yesterday to pick up medication for myself and father. Enquired about free flu jab. NHS site showing this chemist offering the service. Over 50's are entitled to a free flu and other criteria meets it. Was told I did not qualify but on Boots website I would. Staff very slow for service more interested in the behind scene to gossip. Calling customer services for their explanation or excuses. One star is one to many should be - 1 plus screen shots to validation of my review.

Popped in to pick up tablets for my friend. Whilst 3 or 4 staff were busy chatting in the back of the store there were 7 or 8 people waiting to be served or pick up their prescriptions. I was 3rd in the queue when one member of staff finally came out she informed the 1st and 2nd customers they would have to return either later or tomorrow. When I got to the counter I was told I would have to come back tomorrow, this is after some people waiting for more than 20 minutes. Terrible service and attitude. Would not recommend this chemist.
