        Staff are nice enough , but always under staffed and never answer the phone. I've been waiting two weeks for my prescription now.

        Lovely people when you go in but they never answer the phone. I don't know if it's because they are short staffed but it's really poor. I am waiting on an outstanding prescription item and there is no point me going there if it's not in but I can't know if it's in without speaking to someone first. Think I might just go back to Boots in St Marychurch, a little further to go but at least I will get a response.
