Ordered my prescription over a week ago only to be told tonight when I went to pick it up itsout of stock!! No phone call , email to arrange alternative meds completely clueless.

Despite the 3 day allowance to dispense our medication, it's always longer meaning we are ordering from our GP earlier and earlier but still have to go to the pharmacy and queue outside then wait despite having the delivery service. Please get your act together.
