Charlie's first time at groomers. Beth was excellent,super friendly. Charlie now looks a million dollars. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back again in 8 weeks. Thanks Dee.

Henry is back from his second groom here and looking so handsome! Such a kind and thoughtful groomer sent him home with a little Christmas gift! He always comes out happy and looking handsome in his new bowtie! A* service and a happy pooch! Highly recommend!

I will stand by my original feedback on the irresponsible and poor groom. The coat was not matted and absolutely no owner negligence. The puppy was and is groomed daily with the appropriate brushes and comb. Thats the cut you get when you shear. To clarify I did not request the post to be deleted. The conversations Hello Pets claim to have happened did not! I know the absolute truth and am entitled to share the facts from actual experience in order to protect one puppy. There will always be a difference of opinion but facts are facts and the those people involved and those who actually know the family know the truth.
