GPOsteopathy

I have been going to GPOsteopathy for several years. I initially went with lower back pain which took some sorting out after physio hadn't helped. Once that had settled and I started doing more weight training to improve my strength and flexibility, I kept going as a maintenance to keep it all in check. Graeme is knowledgable, friendly and takes the time needed to work out the best approach. Although I sometimes unintentionally sabotage that by lifting heavier weights and making those muscles work harder than they should! But after giving me the hard stare, he sorts it all out. It's a relaxed treatment room, private and warm. Graeme is always welcoming and has an ability to put you at your ease. Recommended.

After failing to achieve any results with private hospital physio for an old injury. I met Graeme and have been seeing him for several years since. Graeme has helped me regain movement and alignment in my neck. He is always welcoming and instantly puts you at ease. You know that you are in good, honest hands.
