        I went to see them as I felt the doctor was clueless, I saw Steve who was incredibly through he suspected Flappy eye and reffered me directly to Torbay hopsital who agree and I now have treatment for it. Steve achieved in 15 mins what the doctors couldnt in four months.

        An arrogant optician who was unable to get my prescription correctly assessed after two attempts, a dismissive and borderline rude reception staff (older woman...the younger two were very nice) and nearly twice the price (400 vs 270) of the independent optician I eventually went to and who were able to restore my vision to perfection. Caveat emptor

        Honestly, the best experience I have had with opticians. They were all friendly, very helpful and took a lot of time with me. All the ladies got involved which was great as I got a good idea of what suited me as I've never work glasses before. I can't recommend them enough to be honest and look forward to seeing them again for my next check. I am very happy with my glasses and the choices they helped me make. Great team!

        I went to Boots at the Willows in Nov to trial contact lenses. While the opticians were very nice seemed very professional I still do not have contact lenses. First trial pair i was told that lenses needed to be ordered and when they arrived someone would contact me, probably a week. 3 weeks later I contacted them. After the trial went back and it was agreed they needed tweaking so a new pair was ordered, this was the end of Dec again told "someone would order me a new pair to trial and that i would be contact when they arrive. Still waiting......... what a waste of time.
