        When booking, I establish that my favourite person is on duty. That same assistant , helps me choose the glasses . The colour /shape to suit my face. I will not state a name or gender , as the person would be far too busy in future to fit me in. Well done Specsave at Sainsbury's Torquay

        Terrible customer service. Refused my appointment because I was a couple of minutes later due to bad traffic. Was snotty and made me feel uncomfortable. Would not recommend

        Purchased some glasses a few months ago and they broke last night. Popped in this morning (sunday) not expecting them to be able to do much but they replaced them on the spot. Fantastic services, very helpful and friendly. Thankyou
