        Lovely staff... But for an optician to only have an active optician 2 days a week is poor. After having an appointment the service is superb and I will use again. Great

        Excellent, friendly service. Visiting the area with my family on holiday and had an eye concern. They were effecient, effective and thorough. Highly recommend.

        Recently forgot my contact lenses when visiting family on the South Coast. Explaining my dilemma over the phone, without hesitation Tracey from Spex was able to coordinate with my local opticians and find a close match to my prescription, all over the course of the busiest summer bank holiday weekend; over and above the efforts of the chain brand I've been a customer to for 15 years. Would highly recommend as an opticians keen on putting the customer first and more so now, for their unique styles in store.
