An amazing care home to work at! Amazing staff and residents too, the staff always do there best to support them the best way they possibly can! Would highly recommend

My mum was resident at Mr C's for last 3 months suffering with Dementia. I cannot praise or thank them enough for their kindness and care of her. She was looked after so well the dementia seemed to slow down and she passed peacefully. Mum enjoyed her time there and made friends easily. I would recommend anyone our position to consider them. Absolutely shocking place the staff don't care about any of the residents and talk to them like dirt I moved a family member due to having concerns for their welfare

This place needs looking at,some of the staff are very nice,and that's where it ends.you very rarely get a welcoming greeting,and I don't think the clients are very well cared for,once dressed are left to fend for their selves,also no water jugs in their rooms,I took in a pretty mug so my friend could help herself to water from the bathroom,guess what it was missing by my next visit.my personal view is,the owners just want the cash and sod the clients.to the staff at Mr c,s well done for the care you give but it could be better if you had more staff.
