Well be singing Alan and AR Mortgages praises to anyone as novices to the UK property and mortgage markets, we were in desperate need of professional advice and personal insight, and Alan was absolutely our MVP during our purchase. Alan has an amazing oversight of the market, and was able to assemble a range of options we never would have been able to identify on our own we knew ultimately we had to choose which lender to go with, but Alan was able to help us make that decision with real time market information and what the alternative lenders were doing. Communication was always prompt and succinct, we knew exactly where we were with Alan post-purchase, Alan is providing us with Home Insurance options as well. A comprehensive, professional experience from someone who always had a plan and managed everyones expectations realistically we honestly cant recommend Alan enough and wish him all the very best in the future.

Alan was amazing from start to finish! He really went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted to allow us to buy our very first home. Our mortgage application wasnt the most straight forward due to our personal circumstances, but Alan really knows his stuff and managed to find us a product that suited our situation and needs. We would, without doubt, highly recommend Alan at AR Mortgages to everyone. Even at the end when his job was effectively done he didnt hesitate in helping us overcome an issue with our Solicitor, which allowed us to complete on time. We cant thank Alan enough!

Highly recommended... I have my own business which makes it complicated to get a mortgage on, with Alans experience he was able to go over our accounts and work with the lenders to smoothly arrange a mortgage for myself. Being a first time buyer it all seemed very simple as Alan was organised and knew what he was doing. I now move in tomorrow! Cheers Alan!
