I asked Louis from Howard Mortgages if he would be able to get me a mortgage for a property that was part commercial and part domestic. This was obviously going to be a difficult property to finance. Louis kept me informed throughout the process and worked tirelessly to find me the right deal. He succeeded in getting the finance for me. Unfortunately for this deal the house sold before I was able to purchase. Im so grateful for all of your hard work. Sam has been unbelievably patient and helpful in our long journey to purchasing our first home!
