Lisa has been there for us from start to finish. From back in 2021 helping us to get the ball rolling to early 2023 when we purchased our first property. Lisa has always been on the other side of the phone even on weekends and out of hours times. We are so grateful to her for finding us the best mortgage deal alongside with insurances. Lisa was totally professional, completed a factfind with regard to our current stituation and then went on to recommend a number of mortgages of which we chose one. She is very friendly and gave us lots of time to consider our options and when one property fell through seemlessly got the mortgage offer changed to the new property. From start to completion Lisa was a complete star! Lots of advice given, went at my pace and guided this very nervous first time buyer expertly. Lisa from First in Mortgages was really great when it came to us remortgaging. Lisa managed to secure a really good interest rate, using her number of years of experience as a mortgage advisor. Lisa provided brilliant customer service and advice throughout, whilst keeping great dialogue and letting us know whenever we needed to do anything. We couldnt recommend Lisa enough. 5 star service
