I cannot recommend Katherine highly enough. As my counsellor she has walked through some of my darkest days with me. She has helped me see so many things in a different light. I've learnt so much about self care. She is highly professional and has a lot of knowledge to offer and also mechanisms to help you work through your 'stuff' wherever you're at. Not one ounce of judgement but an ear to listen and help you move forwards. Thank you so much for everything

I have been receiving counselling from Katharine for a while now and have benefitted hugely from it. She has a very holistic, person centred approach, tailoring her therapy to each individuals needs and personality. She also gives very good practical advice, together with plans and strategies that you can work on in order to become an overcomer and not only get well, but remain well by putting certain life skills in to practice. I would definitely recommend her.

Katharine has been a fantastic support to me while helping me on my journey to cope with past and present feelings with Katharines help I have been able to move forward and deal with things better. Katharine is amazing and I wouldn't of got this far without her support.

I saw Katherine for three months, to deal with some anxiety and other personal issues. I found Katherine to be so helpful. My self esteem and confidence grew and I became to understand much more about myself. I couldnt recommend Katherine high enough. She is kind, thoughtful and genuinely wants to help and support.
