        Used the meet-and-greet service from Totnes. Handled by Neal who was friendly and efficient. Pick-up was a bit late so we waited about 15 mins, but not a big deal and more than compensated for by their flexibility in letting us drop off a day early to avoid the train strikes. Car worked as advertised, good price, no hidden charges. I would happily use them again and next time go direct (I found them via Hertz).
