My experience with Vicky has been incredibly helpful, this was the first time I have had counselling and it has been very positive for me. Counselling was in an online form which has worked really well for me, to be in a comfortable environment made me very settled and able to connect with Vicky better. I am nearing the end of my counselling and the coping strategies I have learnt during my time with Vicky will be able to help me in my future. I would highly recommend Vicky and the service she provides!

Vicky was excellent in the phone consultations! She picked up the mood that was right for the session, often light hearted. Also, I found her to be very much in tune with popular spiritual teachers like Eckhart Tolle. Highly recommended!

After coming to some difficult cross roads in my life, I found myself spiralling into a negative state as I struggled to make a decision or come to a conclusion on which direction to take my life. I am a fairly shy person and face to face counselling didn't appeal to me. Vicky really helped me to figure out my feelings, understand my behaviours and gain my confidence and self worth back. I came into counselling feeling low, depressed, confused and a general failure. I am walking away from counselling feeling strong, independent and confident. I feel well equipped for the next chapter of my life thanks to the tools and explanations provided by Vicky. After many freindly, relatable, undestanding and personal sessions Vicky has helped me along my journey of re-discovery!
