        Richard was really helpful when I asked about fixing my Son's gaming PC. Suggested a few things to try at home first to save me the cost of bringing it in to him. Although it sounded a bit daunting to remove internal parts, I followed his advice, and it worked One happy child at home now. Thank you.

        I contacted Richard to refit a glass monitor screen to a 10 year old desktop iMac. Not only did Richard do an excellent job repairing the screen but he offered to upgrade a couple of bits inside for a very reasonable price. It's like new! Highly recommended service. Many thanks Richard.

        My MacBook charger plug-top fell to pieces in my hand when I unplugged it two days before Christmas. Clearly broken and beyond my resources to fix. I hadn't used Richard before, but when I phoned him he couldn't have been more helpful and asked me to bring it to his shop. He fixed it there and then, including replacing one part, for a very fair price. Great service.
