Very busy store that also has a Costa Coffee located on it's first floor

It's not a very big store but it's at a convenient location with parking right outside the entrance and a Costa upstairs. It's right next to a large Home Bargains too - so that's always worth a look. There is currently a sale on, but nothing to our taste so we came out of Next empty handed on this occasion.

Great shop everything you need at decent prices. Went in for a pair of jeans and no problems in finding what I wanted. This is a very good mens and ladies cloths shop, although it would be nicer if it was in the town.

The Manager of this store is extremely rude and misinformed with the information he gives out. I was outside the store 10 metres from the entrance keeping social distance and herd a male shouting from inside the store. I thought that I should look up as I thought there was some trouble from the front on the queue. In fact it was directed at me and he was shouting, telling me to put my mask on. As I'm (mask exempt) I didn't have one on and I was keeping good distance from the people in the queue. He didn't ask if I was Mask Exempt and said infront on everyone belittling me I was putting other customers at risk. I have made a formal complaint and waiting for a response from Next, who said that masks only have to be worn inside the store not outside.
