Doble Jewellers

I purchased 2 rings & a pair of earrings from these jewellers whilst on holiday in Torquay. I was served by Georgia. She was amazing, she let me try on loads of rings before I made my decision, she was very patience with me & nothing was too much trouble for her. One of the rings was too big for the finger I wanted to wear it on, she offered to have it resized for me & it was delivered to my home a couple of weeks later. Georgia also followed it up with a phone call ensuring I had received the ring safely. That was a really nice touch. I received excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the shop to the day I received the ring by post. Thank you Georgia, you are an asset to the shop.

Excellent service from all the staff who were so friendly and helpful. I took in my engagement ring to be resized, two necklaces to be untangled and a gold bracelet that had lost its clasp and safety chain I was told it would take 4-6 weeks so I was delighted when they were all ready after 2 weeks and all looking brand new and sparkly. Thank you very much.

I would like to thank Jade for her attentive service yesterday. She was very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and she was happy for me to try on rings until I found, "the one", an art deco style pink sapphire and diamond beauty.

They offered me less than scrap value for a Rolex pocket watch circa 1920 with a mother of pearl face with a ruby and diamond insert. I was offered 22.00 pounds scrap value which I refused feeling insulted only to be told that the stones were worth nothing and the difficulty removing them would devalue the item and lessened the worth of my watch given to me by my grandfather, this is theft they stole my grandfathers ROLEX pocket watch

Excellent service given by Marvin yesterday afternoon, he soon picked up the item was for a gift and I did comment that I felt like was in the scene of "love actually" when he offered to wrap the item, thanks, and my husband loves them
