My experience in store was great they advised me on a product that was ment to be a perfect choice... I took my items home only to find the restraints cut into my wrists... So I phoned the store only to find they won't exchange my item as it wasn't faulty and it is a personal prefance and because it is used... To be honest I understand this but how the hell do you know if you like this item without using it.. All restraints are different these velcro ones Hurt... Her advice to me was put some padding on them!!! Why should I, I brought these and they are not fit for there purpose.. I'm now going to phone head office as I'm not pleased at all.. Next time I will buy from lovehoney. Com as they are cheeper and do exchange products your not happy with.

you go in feeling frumpy you go out feeling fabulous. It's got a good balance between erotic and practical and the girls who served me had impressive knowledge of both the stock and the female body, they were friendly and efficient and if i didn't work in retail i wouldn't have noticed the sales techniques in action. they had a load of offers on when i went in and the girls knew that was why i was there and worked within that. I wish i knew the name of the girl who fitted and served me cos i would write to the manager telling them to promote her. they're more expensive than primark but you certainly get more than your moneys worth when you add up all the little things.
