2 chaps behind the counter, talking to each other, not working. No-one else in the shop but they didn't want to type in my order number, I had to use the in-store app to check in in order to get my goods. According to the confirmation text I received, using the in store app was supposed to be my choice, if I wanted a speedy service. It did not speed anything. You'll need to use someone else carpark (always full), so you might as well go round the corner to Toolstation. And, if you want something else, not on your order, I wanted a bulb, you'll have to use the iPad to put in your order because they can't do it straight on the till. Self service is OK but not when human beings are available and doing nothing.
