O2 Shop Torquay

Recently purchased my new Samsung S22 Ultra less than a month ago but online purchase not from the store. Went into the store because I've had no mobile data in certain places/towns for a good few weeks now, so can't access mobile banking or maps or anything. The man in the store said is that O2 are upgrading the masks in certain areas and that could take some time just be patient. How in the hell does that help me when I can't access anything using my mobile data but still paying O2 the same money each month

Massive thanks to Graham for sorting out new contracts for me and my good lady, but then going above what was needed to transfer everything from the old phones to the new one's, which for reasons unknown proved to be a tad more difficult than it should have been.
