As a professional landlord I have dealt with many of the local estate agents over the years. In my experience, the service and customer care offered by John Lake Estate Agents are second to none. I cant praise them enough for a professional and friendly service they provided in what proved to be quite complicated sale process and bring it to a successful conclusion. Thank you all.

Complete joke of a estate agents they lie and waste your time don't recommend at all avoid using them for anything and the lady who answers the phone in the office is arrogant and self righteous the whole lot of them are a bunch of jokers had a move in date signed the paperwork and everything then 1 week before I get the keys they say it's no longer available due to the landlady having changes In her life then 2 days before my move in date they readvertise the property for less money then I agreed with them and cost me money as I had bought all new furniture for the property and I couldn't get refunded on absolute arses nothing prestigious about them at all.

Based in the US, I gave John Lake the task of selling my mothers house. The house needed considerable and could have been challenging to sell. Right from the begining to completion - the team at JL approached it with enthusiasm, professionalism and a can do attitude (and sometimes a sense of humour). They gave timely advice that enabled me to make the best decisions. The marketing was great and created swift interest to quickly gather a range of good offers (from going on the market to getting offers was less than a week). They understood that my goal was to sell the house and moved the sale quickly along to ensure that the goal was met. I appreciated the timely responses especially with the time difference of 5 hours. They worked effectively with our probate solicitor and the clearance company enabling us to move quickly. Thumbs up all round and great job of alleviating my stress and building a trusted relationship across thousands of miles.
