I have worked at Stella for around 9 months and during that time the management and other staff memebers have been supportive and always on hand to help where needed . The management provide incentives to show that our work and commitment is appreciated. Stella have also been flexible to the requests of my preferred working hours and days which over my time of working here have changed more recently . I am.enjoying my time with Stella and hope to continue to do so .

Stella Care Angels are real........... we idolise them and the care they give to our Mother, we believe in Angels because we see and know them , they take fantastic care of our Mother , care that we will be forever grateful for xxxxxxxxxxxx

Stella Care are the number 1 carers in Torbay, the care staff and admin staff are so helpful and caring. My mother has really had her ups and downs during the last couple of years but Stalla Care have been so supportive that she feels safe and able to continue life in her own home with her cat. I cant thank Stella Care enough for all there help.

Stella is an amazing place to work. I went into care with no experience and Ive come out the other side qualified and confident. The management look after you and its really more like a family than a job. The relationships you build with both staff and clients is invaluable and Ill remember my time with Stella fondly for the rest of my life!
