Matthew is a direction ninja. I was recommended Matthew as a business coach, At the beginning of lockdown as I was looking to review my business activities and get a clearer direction. You never really know if youre going to click with someone a lot of people go around saying that they can coach, I recommend Matthew very highly he really has a good balance between listening and contributing, I moved onto his program PQ Which really has been life changing its help me re-evaluate and set down some skills that will stay with me. I don't know if this is the sort of platform where you should offer stars for a job well done if not it certainly should deserve a badge or badges. My work with Mathew is not completed, I look forward to my weekly sessions with him. *****

Matthew was a fantastic support in the early days of setting up my business and becoming self employed for the first time. His warmth manner was nicely complimented by structured and pragmatic coaching support, that helped me map out my first steps and build my confidence to get out there, and start telling people about what I was offering. Matthew has been a fantastic support for my business and personal growth. For the first meeting I was unsure what I would be able to use all the time for efficiently but coming to my final call, I found myself putting it off, not wanting to use up his valuable expertise too quickly! His holistic approach and questioning made me come up with the answers to my questions, instilling in me that I am able to be confident within my business knowing the answers are in me somewhere. When I started the process, never in a million years did I imagine having a whole other side to my current business within 12 weeks, ready to launch in June. I cannot thank him enough for his time and knowledge and would recommend working with him to everyone in business.

I didn't really know what to expect from my coaching session. It turned out to be hugely valuable to me as I was in the early stages of my business but needed some direction and, to be honest, some encouragement. Over a few months Matthew helped me to overcome some major hurdles including confidence and belief in myself and then in turn my business to the point that I became self-employed. A little further along the line Matthew in his gently pragmatic way also helped me to keep perspective and positivity to overcome the difficulties the pandemic was causing to my business.
